Subscriptions:
• Shipping is free via Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2–3 business days)
• DPD Next Day is available for your first delivery at £7.52 (incl. VAT)
• First shipment arrives in a retail box, subsequent shipments arrive in a refill envelope that fits through the letterbox.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
All international shipping costs are payable by the customer for both one-off purchases and subscriptions. Orders are sent via DHL Tracked and are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Delivery Duty Unpaid means customs duties and local taxes are not included in the shipping cost. These may be charged separately by your local authority upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We hope you love your order, but if something’s not right, you have 14 days from receiving it to get in touch. To return an item, it must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Because our product is a food supplement, we can’t accept returns of opened or unsealed items for health and safety reasons.
You can cancel any order, pre-order, or subscription before it has been processed or shipped by emailing us at contact@newroad.life. If it’s already on its way, cancellation may no longer be possible—but you may still be eligible for a return under our policy.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know right away so we can make it right. EU and UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period, but this doesn’t apply to unsealed products. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
