RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to cancel your order without needing to request approval. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging,

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our product (a food supplement), we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items for health and safety reasons.

Return shipping costs
Unless your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. If goods are faulty, misdescribed, or defective, we will cover the cost of return and you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Damages and issues

Under UK law, customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. This right extends beyond the initial 14-day cancellation period.

United Kingdom and European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, for hygiene and health safety, this right does not apply to food supplements that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, back to your original payment method. This timeline is required by UK law and is not tied to internal approval processes.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
