Cancellation policy

One-off Purchases, Subscriptions, Pre-orders and Cancellation

Some of our products may be offered as one-off purchases, subscriptions, or pre-orders. Here’s how each of these works and how you can make changes if needed:

One-off Purchases
One-off purchases are processed shortly after you place your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at contact@newroad.life as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet been fulfilled, we’ll do our best to stop it and issue a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched, you may still be eligible for a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Subscriptions
If you choose to subscribe, we’ll deliver our food supplement to you monthly. Your payment method will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery. You can cancel or update your subscription at any time. Just follow the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription or email us on contact@newroad.life. 

Pre-orders
If you place a pre-order, you’re reserving a product that’s not yet in stock. We may take full payment or a partial deposit and store your payment details to charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship. You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it’s fulfilled. Once it’s been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order, pre-order or subscription at any time before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at contact@newroad.life. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel, but you may still be eligible for a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy. For subscriptions, you can pause or cancel future deliveries anytime through the link in your order confirmation email or by emailing us at contact@newroad.life.
