• First shipment arrives in a retail box, subsequent shipments arrive in a refill envelope that fits through the letterbox.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail International and are Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) for the following countries: 

• Austria
• Cyprus 
• France
• Germany
• Luxembourg (PDDP service only available up to 150 euros)
• Malta
• Netherlands
• Norway
• Switzerland
• The Republic of Ireland
• United States of America

For the other countries, deliveries are DDU ( Delivery Duty Unpaid) means customs duties and local taxes are not included in the shipping cost. These may be charged separately by your local authority upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
